By submitting a promotion, you warrant that you have the rights to commerically print the artwork submitted and agree to indemnify and hold harmless TS Foundry Ltd against and all claims which may arise from us printing any artwork as per your request. You also agree that we may pass on your details to any copyright holder who inquires about your use of their intellectual property. Additionally, if we suspect copyright infringement or we receive any compaints of such then your campaign will be deleted and no commissions will be payable. Payment will be made by Paypal to verifed accounts only. This doesn't have to be a business account, a personal account is fine. There will be a security delay of approximately 30 days following the promo end before commission is paid.
