Far Eastern inspiration with a touch of romantic innocence...that's exactly how we would describe Betty Jacksons irresistible new collection.

Models marched down the catwalk in an array of burnt browns and flowing fabrics, perfect for autumn I think you'll agree!  With a mixture of both tailored pieces and a variety of arty inspired textures and prints there was something to suit all!  Hair and make-up took inspiration from the Far-East with heavy lined lids and geisha girl lips.  Romance, innocence and surrealism were the key elements making up this adorable relaxed yet glamorous line.  The 'Betty Jackson' woman is certainly an intelligent modern thinker, contemporary yet elegant in her style.  Following on with the Far Eastern appeal, hair was far from traditional.  Stylists went for went for a deep side partition, lacquered into a controlled glossy Japanese inspired chignon.

Click on a design and channel Betty Jackson's A/W 09 collection, you'll definately work the modern yet oh so sophisticated trend for the up and coming season.

Neon leopard print tights, piano motifs, stars and stripes...Ashish will have every Fashionista signing up to the circus!

Fun meets fashion in the fairground world of Ashish. The designer's catwalk show even housed several trapeze artists! From piano motifs, tiger and zebra prints that almost looked as if they would step off the garments, to an assortment of neon candy colours. Ashish certainly went to town for Autumn/Winter 2009. Her collection took the stage by storm with more sequins than you can imagine. The models were adorned with an assortment of rainbow shades, taking inspiration from circus clowns, whilst hair went to new lengths with gravity defying up dos.

Zebra and tiger motifs were teamed with mixed-up colours and shapes, looking so retro they actually worked! Emblazoned across knitted jumpers and vintage tees or roaming round the ankles of super flared jeans, circus fashion will have us all wanting to escape to this fantasy fairground!

The rainbow's your limit with this seasons abstract trend.

Blocks, lines, squares and paintbrush streaks...this season takes abstract art to a new level.  With the rainbow as your new-found colour palette, there's no excuse not to clash the colours!  Think of a look Lady GaGa would be proud of, work geometric shapes and angular blocks into simple belted shifts and cinched in '80s batwing dresses. This look is a must this season and just perfect for any summer holidays you might be planning!  Molly Sims and Becki Newton are just some of the A-list  loving this hot new trend, follow in their fashionable footsteps with one of these paint inspired tees!

For those of you who are never seen as the plain Jane and have a penchant for all things print, then you will love Christian Lacroix's abstract oil paint style collection.  Keep up to date with a paint splattered style with a hippy edge.  Click on a design to create your own abstract inspired masterpiece.

Early ’90s grunge makes a chic 'Empire Records-style' comeback.

Is that teen spirit we smell...early 90's grunge is set to make a comeback in the form of rubber bracelets, bleached denim, rock tees and of course Dr. Martens.  Frida Pinto, the 'of the moment' Slumdog Millionaire star is certainly a fan of this look.  We are used to seeing the former Mubai model dressed to the nines in a glamorous floor length creation but here she shows her grunge-chic status in an ode to the 'Empire Records-style' look.

Create your own rock-chic status with one of these retro style tunics, the pop art image will look great in hot pink flex or a glossy holographic blue and the DM's can become any colour you desire.  Click on a design and show your inner grunge chic look!
